Meditations on Mount Athos

It is our great honor to be able to offer our male travelers a pilgrimage to the peninsula of Mount Athos whose 20 Orthodox monasteries have been off-limits to women for almost 1000 years.

We start with two days in Athens, with its monuments and ancient sites, then we visit the Holy Mountain, where we spend four nights in the guest quarters of monasteries for meals and services, with daily hikes high above the Aegean Sea. Our tour concludes with two nights in Thessalonki, one of the cultural capitals of Europe, and a visit to Pella, the birthplace of Alexander the Great.
