A week in the Rockies: It's like gay summer camp! |
|
Big Sky Country. That expression comes alive when you stand by the Snake River here The Old West still lives here in Wyoming, and because most of the land is national park, much of the wildlife still lives, too: Bald eagles, bears, moose, beaver, and coyotes, just for starters. We've arranged five activities, to give you five views of these magnificent mountains: Hot-air ballooning, white-water rafting, introductory rock climbing, canoeing, and horseback riding. Between the scheduled activities, there's plenty of time for hiking, swimming in the clear waters of Jenny Lake, perhaps some mountain biking, and an old-fashioned chuckwagon barbeque.
