The food and history of the Dordogne |

Fifteen thousand years ago, unnamed artists created their own Sistine Chapel on Today, not far from the cave now known as Lascaux, elderly French men and women, accompanied by a pig or a dog, seek out truffles in the forest, from which the local chefs create their famous cuisine. We'll enjoy both the truffles and the archeology as we bike through the Dordogne river valley.
